No one enjoys hospital stays, periods of rehabilitation, extended care or being home bound. Anxiety and loneliness often accompanies these situations that can cause isolation from family, friends and the church community.
Our CARE NETWORK includes pastors and volunteers who seek to lift the burdens by visiting, encouraging and praying with those in need.
Let Us Know So We Can Visit
- Contact the church office @ 416-281-4138
- Email our Care Network at firstname.lastname@example.org
- On Sunday mornings, complete a Communication Card found in the chair pocket in front of you and drop it off at the Guest Services Kiosk in the foyer.
We need to know the person's full name, their hospital, rehabilitation centre, or care facility and the dates they will be there. If the inquiry is in regards to someone who is home bound; please provide their current home address, contact number and the name of the person making the referral.
